Shipping Policy

Shipping Days:
We ship orders Monday and Tuesday to ensure your package arrives quickly and does not sit in transit over the weekend. Orders placed after 12 PM EST Tuesday will ship the following week.

Product Classification:
Our seeds are sold as a novelty and collectible items and complies with the 2018 Farm Bill by containing less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC on a dry weight basis.

Shipping Restrictions:
Due to varying state laws, we do not ship hemp seeds to the following U.S. states:

  • Arkansas

  • Hawaii

  • Idaho

  • Iowa

  • Louisiana

  • Minnesota

  • Mississippi

  • Nevada

  • New Hampshire

  • Oregon

  • Rhode Island

  • South Dakota

  • Vermont

These states either prohibit the sale, shipment, or possession of raw or smokable hemp seeds regardless of THC content.

If you place an order from a restricted state, your order will be automatically canceled and refunded.

International Shipping: We do not ship internationally at this time.

All sales are final. However, we’re committed to customer satisfaction and offer limited support for damaged or misdelivered items.

If your package is:

  • Damaged during transit

  • Incorrect or incomplete

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@kaligrown.com with your order number and clear photos. We'll review your issue and may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Refunds are only guaranteed for:

  • Orders shipped to restricted states (automatically canceled)

  • Verified transit damage or missing items reported within 48 hours

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays or damages caused by the shipping carrier

  • Incorrect shipping address provided by customer

  • Weather or other natural delays
