Shipping Policy

Shipping Days

We ship orders Monday and Tuesday to help ensure packages arrive promptly and do not remain in transit over the weekend. Orders placed after 12:00 PM Eastern Time on Tuesday will generally ship the following week.

Product Classification

Our hemp seeds are sold as collectible novelty items and comply with the 2018 Farm Bill, containing less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC on a dry weight basis.

Shipping Restrictions

Hemp seed laws vary by jurisdiction and are subject to change. Kali Grown reserves the right to restrict or refuse shipments to any state, locality, or jurisdiction where the purchase, possession, shipment, or sale of hemp seeds may be prohibited or restricted.

Customers are responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable local, state, and federal laws before placing an order. If we determine that an order cannot legally be fulfilled, the order may be canceled and refunded at our discretion.

International Shipping

We currently ship only within the United States.

Return & Refund Policy

All sales are final. However, we are committed to customer satisfaction and provide limited support for damaged, incorrect, or incomplete orders.

If your order arrives:

Incorrect
Incomplete

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@kaligrown.com with your order number and clear photographs of the issue. We will review your claim and may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

Refunds or replacements may be available for:

Orders canceled due to shipping restrictions
Verified transit damage reported within 48 hours of delivery
Missing or incorrect items reported within 48 hours of delivery

Kali Grown is not responsible for:

Shipping delays, loss, or damage caused by the carrier after acceptance
Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
Delays resulting from weather, natural disasters, or other events beyond our control
Seized, delayed, or returned shipments resulting from local, state, or federal regulations
