Kali Grown sells hemp seeds intended strictly for novelty, souvenir, and collectible purposes. Germination or cultivation of hemp or cannabis seeds may be restricted or illegal in your location. We do not encourage or promote the germination or growth of seeds where prohibited.

Kali Grown LLC accepts no responsibility for actions taken in violation of local laws.

3. Legal Compliance

All products sold by Kali Grown comply with the 2018 Farm Bill and contain less than 0.3% THC on a dry weight basis, where applicable. It is the buyer's responsibility to know and follow the laws in their state or country regarding hemp seeds and cannabinoids.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason. Once your order is shipped, we are not responsible for delays, damage, or seizure caused by carriers or customs.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the sensitive and agricultural nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds unless an incorrect item was shipped. If you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days.
